This place is severely under appreciated. Great service, great food, beautiful venue. We had a group and shared a number of dishes. Definitely get the gooey cheesy eggplant appetizer and the Caesar salad was an excellent rendition of the classic. We all had various pastas, which were well done in all cases. We found the serving sizes to be fine and none of us finished their entree (we did have appetizers). Nice desserts and a well curated wine list. Recommended.

Stanza is a "go to" restaurant when you need a perfect dine out experience. And on a special occasions like "Valentines Day" it is always a winner. Great food, presentation is always creative and service is impeccable. Most special events are "prix fixe" but allow you to chose between two items to match your mood and tastes. On regular dining days, the options are unlimited with rich pastas and savory seafood, beef and veal. The ambiance is comfortable, with a busy vibe, a little noisy at times, but that's due to everyone enjoying themselves. If you haven't tried them, you're in for a very pleasant surprise!

Stop by to get some dessert, but the cherry chocolate bomba cake and Budino were not that great. I had tried their food, which was delicious. There are more dishes I need to try from here.

This restaurant is so pretty! It's more of a fancy restaurant with a higher price point. Stanza is perfect for a nice date night. The service is great and the waiters had good recommendations on what to order. They serve fancy Italian food that tastes as good as it looks! We tried the Yukon gold and chive gnocchi and the agnolotti de granchio. Both dishes were super flavorful and delicious!

First off, I have to state that I lived in Manhattan for 15 years. This place rises to the level of a New York City restaurant. My niece and I started out with the eggplant Parmesan appetizer. It was presented in an interesting format almost like a French onion soup with the eggplant cubes and a marinara sauce with the cheese on top. It was served with bread that had melted cheese on top. We shared the strawberry salad, which is very interesting with Gorgonzola and fresh greens, some nuts and blueberries. It was delicious. My niece had a lasagna, which was kind of deconstructied , and I had the duck confit. Those were delicious. We finished off with a chocolate dessert that had a mousse inside . The service was flawless, and the waiter checked on us several times, without being disruptive. Along with Caffé Molise, this is my new favorite Italian restaurant in the Salt Lake City area

I definitely recommend this chic dining spot with delicious food! This isn't just another Italian restaurant--the flavors are different than anything I've ever tried, like the orange sauce on the seafood agnolotti or the toffee on the cherry chocolate cake. Also, I was super pregnant when I came here and the staff was very kind!
